Shipping & Return Policy

IN-STORE PURCHASES/RETURNS

We take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund of the merchandise cost. After 30 days, we will replace or refund your purchase against manufacturer's defects ONLY. Please note that we cannot accept returns on mattresses, monogrammed/personalized items, special order upholstery items and special order rugs, one-of-a-kind rugs, gift cards, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. BACKORDER

When a product is in backorder status, the estimated delivery date is provided on the product information page and in the order confirmation e-mail. In rare instances, when an in-stock item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, you will receive a Backorder Notification email.

ONLINE PURCHASES/RETURNS

Special Order/Refunds: Special orders take up to 21 days.  All approved refunds will be made by check or issued back to your credit/debit card.  Refunds may take up to 10 days.  There are NO refunds on delivery charges.  There is a 15% restocking fee on any canceled orders and is calculated on the total sale.  A pick up fee will be charged on any approved pickups. There will be NO refunds on product that the customer has had for more than 48 hours.  CUSTOMER PICKUPS: Please call 1 hour prior to pick up.  Pick UP hours are Tuesday 10:00 am- 5:00 PM No Pick ups on Sundays/Mondays.

WARRANTY

There will be a transportation charge for pickup and delivering merchandise to an authorized on our on site service center. Fee will be equal to the amount of your delivery charge and the address must be the same as the delivery address.

IN-HOME DELIVERY

Items marked as "In-Home Delivery" are delivered by our In-Home Delivery service. With In-Home Delivery, items are brought into your home, most are unpacked and assembled*, and the packaging is removed. In-Home delivery is only available in the contiguous 48 states. *Exceptions include outdoor patio structures, marble or stone sink consoles, lighting, mirrors, rugs, headboards attached to a metal frame and any items requiring home installation. Please call Customer Service at 1.888.922.4119 for further delivery details. Online Shipping: As there is a turnaround delivery specific to each vendor. We will note the typical delivery time for each item on our website and through any order confirmation made online. If there is any instances where a specific request or delivery time is needed, please contact us so we can help you.
